Pekin duck just laid her eggs. How do I know if they are fertile and she is going to sit on them?

umm well if you think they are mating then don't eat them because i made that mistake..and yeah i wont go there, but put them back in the nest and wait about 24 hours, if she hasn't laid on them just give them to your dog or something.
