A duck made her nest in an urn on my patio four stories up! Too many predators around to move down, what 2 do?

I am waiting to see if the eggs hatch then i thought i should move the babies down to the creek below. The Mallard waits below all the time, and the mother is happy we keep our distance. There used to be many trees that were cleared by the creek, lots of ducks used to have babies there, as i am sure these two had. Any suggestions on how to move them without tramatizing babies and parents alike?
