Help! What is wrong with my duckling?

We have 5-6 week old mallard ducklings. We brought them outside to their new pen today and they played and swam as usual. Suddenly one flopped over and couldn't get back up. Her head was drooping and she kept falling onto her back. We put back in her brooder and now seems to be resting fine. What happened???
