How long does it take duck eggs to hatch?

our female mallard just layed its eggs 2 days ago and we know there fertilized cuz she is laying on them and she gets mad when anybody gets close to her eggs.. but i really want to know how long it takes for the eggs to hatch i think i heard it takes about 28 days but im still not sure.
