I NEED HELP JUGGLING FOR SOCCER (PLEASE HELP)!!!?

Start off using your foot. Try hitting the ball with your laces, and try hitting it to about shoulder height. Just practice doing that by dropping the ball and kicking it back up into your hands until you can consistently get the ball up to shoulder height. Then, repeat this with your other foot. It will probably take longer because it is your weak foot. Once you're proficient in this, start juggling. Only use your knees or thighs when you have to, because it does nothing for your ball handling skills, which is one of the best things about juggling. If you become a good juggler, it will help to improve your dribbling. As for other was to improve dribbling, set up some cones or just put objects on the ground and practice dribbling around them. I know it sounds boring, but the only way to improve at dribbling is through practice. Good luck.
